Sound Healing Therapy Sessions
Lynne's sound healing sessions, suitable for individuals or groups and available at workshops, retreats, and corporate events, can be accessed online or in person. These sessions offer a peaceful retreat for reconnecting and revitalizing, leveraging the natural healing power within us. With instruments like Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, flutes, and other sonic tools, Lynne facilitates a sound journey that promotes reflection, healing, and transformation.
Personalized Coaching
In these one-on-one 60-minute sessions, we'll focus on specific goals or issues and work towards lasting change. We'll identify your goals, evaluate your current situation, overcome limiting beliefs, and consider your options for growth and wellness. I recommend 3 to 4 sessions for noticeable benefits, but we can customize the number to meet your needs and budget. Available in person or via Zoom for your convenience.
